Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are now shipping to many countries in the world. Any that have mail service.
How much do you charge internationally? $20 which will be shipped USPS, and includes insurance.
Do you have an installment plan?
Yes! Viabill is our official partner. Any order under $300 is eligible. Just click on the Viabill links underneath the product description and you will see the payments will be split up 4 individual monthly payments. The first payment is initially charged upon completion of order. Please skip express payment and select Viabill on the last page of the cart payment process. Your order will be processed immediately upon acceptance from Viabill. So now you can safely purchase more for less up front.
Are necklaces available with different size chains?
Yes. Just message us we have many sizes that will fit your needs.
Are all your jewelry pieces available immediately?
No. Although I have many pieces ready to ship, not all of my jewelry available of instantaneous shipping. I will let you know if it will be an extended period of time as soon as you ship. If a piece is already created, I will ship immediately and if you live in the U.S. you should receive your shipment within 2-4 days. Exciting!
How do you ship domestically?
Almost all jewelry will be shipped via U.S.P.S. first class. If you desire faster shipping, say 2 priority, or even next day air please message us and we will get back with you immediately and let you know if a piece is available right now. Pieces can't be created any faster, but they can be shipped faster.
If we are at an art show, I will do my best to ship either at the art show or immediately following. But again, if you're needing something immediately then please message me.
How will I be notified of shipment?
You will receive notification through our Shopify shipment the day it is shipped. A tracking number will be supplied through the email address that you supplied when you purchased.
Can I return jewelry if don't like it?
Well yes, I will work with you to make it right. So within 10 days of you receiving your jewelry, you find a defect, or you just don't like it, I will work with you to make you happy. Please send me a message about either defect in workmanship or are otherwise unhappy with your item. You are responsible postage and insurance of item. I will pay for the postage and insurance when sending the new shipment back out to you. Fair enough?
I have my own stones or jewelry that is missing stones, do you create jewelry from that?
No. I design and create jewelry that is one-of-a-kind, that is in my heart, and that way there isn't anything that gets in the way of that. :)
Do you repair other artist's jewelry or jewelry store jewelry?
No. But if any of my creations within 30 days of arrival in your hands are defective or they are broken, please message me. If you find a defect in craftsmanship, then by all means message me and I will repair for free.
Do you charge shipping?
Currently shipping is free on all creations $100 and over.
So buy now, to make sure you have free shipping. I have charged a small shipping charge of $6.99 to ship within the U.S. and will do so in the near future for all orders..
$20 outside of the U.S.. That covers shipping, handling, and insurance. What a deal!
What comes with my order?
If you order pieces under $100 you receive a small polishing cloth and anti-tarnishing square pack in small zip lock bag with all sterling silver and bronze orders. This helps to keep your jewelry like the day you purchased it. You also receive a bio-degradable box and gift bag. For orders over $100 we include a high end polishing cloth valued at $10 along with the bio degradable linen gift bag.
Note: Be sure not to wash the polishing cloth as this will wash off the cleaning agent that is contained within.
