Exchange and Return Policy


Dawn's Artisan Jewelry Exchanges:

My goal is for you to LOVE your jewlery. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please contact me within 15 days of receipt of the jewelry to arrange for an exchange or merchandise credit. I travel frequently, so please contact me before shipping jewelry back to me. When shipping jewelry, please make sure item is well packed and insured. Item must be received in good condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customer must pay for return shipping. All sales are final. No refunds will be made.

Dawn's Artisan Jewelry Repairs:

Complimentary repairs will be made on jewelry within one year of purchase date. Proof of purchase and purchase date is required.
